Description:    We need CA finance manager & Inter CA for our client in Tanzania.

· Qualified Chartered Accountants (having 7 and more years of post-qualification experience)
· Semi-qualified Charted Accountants (having 4 and more years of experience)

(A) Finance Controller
(B) Senior Internal Auditor
(C) Assistant Internal Auditor

The number of vacancies are two to three in each category. The location is Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, East Africa.

The below job description is not exhaustive and compile as common for various business operation. The group has various business operation and the candidate who will be having more relevant experience will be engaged in respective task.

Job discription
· To carryout Internal Audit of various entites of the Group.
· To compile Internal Audit Report in agreed timeline and present to the Management.
· To provide analysis and advice on future course of action for compliance and smooth operation.
· To review the financial statements and provide critical observations to the Management.
· The Finance Controller should able to maange entire Accounts department of the company and lead the accounts department. Preparation of MIS, presentation of Management Report, Setting Internal controls and checks for compliance, year end finalisation of accounts, representing against tax authority, preparation of projections, forecast and budget etc.
· The candidate should posses sound understanding on:-
o Imports and related documents.
o Logistics and related documents.
o Experience of carrying out Forensic Audit.
o Familiar with business process and terminology involved of business industry related to Logistic arrangement & procurements, Mining, Oil, Gas, Mobile Service Pharmaceutical and Air services.
· The job location is based in Dar es Salaam, but for assignments, it needs to travel other countries in Africa or middle east.
· The candidate should possess excellent skill in communication both writing and speaking English.
· To work with existing team of accounts department.

Salary package
· Net of tax salary will be in the range of USD 2,500 to USD 3,000 per month – for qualified chartered accountants.
· Net of tax salary will be in the range of USD 2,000 to USD 2,300 per month – for semi-qualified chartered accountants.
· Hard core furnished house Accommodation (family status individual house, for bachelor status it will be shared accommodation).
· Car will be provided.
· Air ticket for once in a year for home town.
· The discussion between candidate and Employer will be the final to determine the scope and salary package.
