Description:    Service technician (M / V) Generators and heavy duty engines

As a service technician you overhaul and repair generators and engines independently. You are also part of the breakdown service.
Do you like to tackle things and do you want to join our technical team? Then we have a position available for you.

You will first be trained where you can gain good knowledge of the machines. After this induction period you will start working independently.

Function
Your activities as a service technician include the following tasks:
Fault finding and remedying.
Repairing generators and engines.
Renewing bearings in generators and motors.
Carrying out the entire overhaul process such as: disassembling, cleaning and reassembling generators, motors and parts.
Performing mechanical measurements.
Carrying out electrical measurements.

We are looking for
A service technician who works in a result-oriented way and who knows how to convert the customer's request into a beautiful product. Tinkering is your hobby and you enjoy developing yourself further in the world of generators, electric motors, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

We require diplomas in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
Several years of experience in overhauling rotating machines.
Good command of the English language (in word and writing). And willing to learn Dutch quickly
A good sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
Flexible attitude.
Service and customer-oriented work attitude.
