Description:    Graduate/MBA, working experience –Min 10 years. He is responsibilities to cover all the assets ( Oil & Gas Co.) including Hoists, BOP, Generators, Tongs, Vehicles, Cranes and all other equipment. • Ensure that a property/asset register is maintained at all times.
• Ensure all assets are properly insured and registered with Royal Oman Police- Whenever necessary
• Ensure that a proper Preventive Maintenance Program is in place and is carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained at all times of spare parts and consumables to avoid any disruptions to operations.
• Ensure that all damaged items are properly and properly and promptly repaired and returned.
