Stage by stage

What each stage involves

Selection

We prefer candidates to be selected by the employer or their authorised representative through an oral or practical test. When entrusted with selection and testing ourselves, our professional executives run it with a team of technical and professional experts.

Medical check-up

After final selection, candidates undergo a medical examination at the centre authorised by the employing country's Embassy.

Visa application

Where the visa process runs through the embassy in India, we apply for the visa at the respective embassy on the employer's authorisation.

Ticketing and emigration

The employer may send tickets for scheduled travel, and we obtain emigration clearance from the concerned PoE (Protector of Emigrants) for each candidate.

Pre-departure orientation

TOP gives workers a basic orientation before they travel, covering their duties, the work environment abroad, and key labour-law points of the country of employment.
